This includes the concept of the ‘leader as coach’.” (Karpin Report, 2011) This workshop explores the concepts of Emotional Intelligence and building resilience to be an effective leader. This workshop is ideal for aspiring, new or existing leaders.

• Promote the development of emotional intelligence in others
