Protecting your intellectual property nationally and in international markets
Intellectual property (IP) is a productive new idea that you create; an invention, trade mark, design, brand or even the application of your idea.
Applying for an IP right to protect your idea is critical if you want to build a business and establish your presence in a market.
This two hour session, facilitated by Chris Hayward, the former State Manager for IP Australia in South Australia, will provide you with information on:
- protecting your IP in a national and international context; and
- highlighting challenges in some international markets to consider.
Please arrive at 3.45pm for a 4.00pm start.
