Are you looking to take your business to the next level?

If your business revenue is over $1.5 million per year, and you are looking to grow, our Advanced Management Mentoring Program (AMMP) is made for you.

AMMP is not for the faint-hearted, it will require your genuine commitment and regular participation if you want to prepare for the NEXT LEVEL of growth in your business.

This program runs over 10 months and includes 116 hours of financial assessment, reporting, mentoring and an advisory board to help you guide your business to the next stage of growth. The monthly advisory board comprises a team of experienced business professionals, you and your senior staff to review and evaluate the business’s progress. With their support, you can work towards scaling up your business, growing your customer base, refining your processes and improving your team’s productivity.

On joining AMMP, your business will be given a complete diagnostic with structured outlines and targets for each month to achieve your desired goals. A part of this includes a 10-hour assessment by a certified Financial Management Accountant (CPA or CA). Our AMMP accountant will stay with you throughout the program on your advisory board, participate in strategic planning sessions, and prepare figures for each monthly meeting.

Set effective financial controls, prepare better budgets and make an environment that will attract and retain the best quality staff.

This program costs $15,000 per year but is currently being offered at 50% off ($7,500) for early applicants.
