Congratulations Natalie Michels and the whole team at Coiltek!

Natalie was nominated for the Engineering Award at the 2024 Women in Innovation Awards Night. She was announced as the winner of the inaugural Fearless Female Innovator Grant (Scale-Up section)!

Natalie has been a Polaris Centre client for many years, advancing through our programs, and becoming the first to enter our Advanced Management Mentoring Program (AMMP).
