When his showroom was officially opened nearly 10 years ago by the City of Salisbury’s Mayor Gillian Aldridge OAM, she referred Sam to Polaris for business support.
Keen to connect with other small business owners, Sam got involved in Polaris business networking events. He eventually signed up to Mentoring for Success and has been with his mentor for eight years. Sam found his mentor’s industry experience helpful and appreciated his guidance regarding staff management and building an effective team. Over the years, his mentor supported him through hiring processes, business referrals, refining his budget, and helping him anticipate possible issues early while guiding his understanding of business operations.
