Levant Outdoors began as a small, local paving business and is now a thriving Australian company that provides a broad range of landscaping services to thousands of residential and commercial clients.
Their team of top-skilled tradesmen, designers and builders transform outdoor areas into beautiful living spaces. Levi Dunn founded the Gawler business in 2007 alone and thought to expand but wasn’t sure how.
His wife, Evanthe, joined the business and the two sought to improve their business knowledge choosing the Polaris Business Fundamentals Workshop to begin their journey. Recognising the need for guidance in their expansion, they immediately signed up to Mentoring for Success and have remained clients for the last 10 years. Over this time, they have enjoyed the “life-changing” support of their mentor in helping them learn how to grow their business in a sustainable way with a close eye on measuring performance, monitoring budgets, determining hiring criteria, and ensuring any challenges were tracked and dealt with along the way.
Attending the Business Fundamentals workshop opened up a world of knowledge and opportunity for our small business. It was the first step in creating a business structure that put us on the path of creating our own, unique formula for success.
Levant Outdoors now have over 10 staff have grown their revenue by 500% in the last decade. Their holistic designs and construction services remain in high demand, and Levi and Evanthe look forward to future opportunities to grow, thankful for the wisdom they continue to acquire from their Polaris mentor.
